When I wanted
to cut back on my hours, I decided it would be better to leave
the firm rather than try to work part-time. I knew I wanted to
work part-time for more than just a short time, and that just
wouldn't work there.
No male associates
or partners work part-time (all 10 part-time males are of counsel),
a strong indicator of a stigmatized part-time program.
