Comments on the firm's part-time policy:

Dorsey & Whitney's website outlines the three options in their Flexible Work Arrangement policy: reduced hours expectation, flexible full time, and telecommuting.

All attorneys are eligible for a flexible work arrangement, but all arrangements must be approved.

Part time must be at least 60% of full time hours.

The Minnesota Work-Life Champions Partnership presented awards to more than 20 companies that offer employees a "flexible and supportive" workplace through unique programs. Dorsey & Whitney was recognized as the Minnesota Work-Life Champion in the large category (1,000-2,999 employees). See article here.
