The firm has an overall part-time usage rate of about 10.3%, which
is higher than the national average. More men and more partners
work part-time than at most firms, which is a positive indicator
of the usability of the firm's part-time program. The firm also
allows work-from-home arrangements.
The firm has a two billable hour tracks. Attorneys may elect
to bill 1800 or 1950 hours.
Entry-level
associates are allowed to work part-time.
