The firm
completed a NALP Workplace questionnaire.
Reduced hours
attorneys remain eligible for bonuses. If reduced hours attorneys
work extra hours, they are compensated through a salary adjustment
or bonus consideration.
Non-primary
caregivers are given two weeks of paid leave for the birth or
adoption of a child. No word if any attorneys use this benefit.
