Comments on the firm's part-time policy:
The firm has a new part-time policy as of Jan. 1, 2007 that allows
part-time associates to remain on the partnership track. Prior
to that time, part-time status meant having to go off-track.

* SHB strives to provide flexibility in our work arrangements
while continuing to assure development and professional growth
of our attorneys. To that end, SHB permits associates of any
level to work reduced hours upon approval.
Eligibility for alternative work schedules is determined by the
